Our climbing holds are manufactured using high-grade, ultra-durable polyurethane resin, designed to resist chipping and provide a consistent texture for superior grip.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom color requests or large gym sets, please allow up to 14 days for production and quality testing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our climbing holds and training equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused holds in their original packaging. Please note that custom color orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are mounting bolts included with the holds?
To keep prices low and reduce waste, bolts are not included by default. However, you can add the appropriate indoor or outdoor hardware kits to your cart during the selection process.
How should I clean my climbing holds?
We recommend using lukewarm water and a soft nylon brush. For heavy chalk buildup, a mild detergent can be used, but avoid harsh chemicals that may degrade the surface texture.
