Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Holds
Carefully wrap each climbing hold in its original padding to prevent chipping during transit and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the holds for signs of use or chalk, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
